What You Should Know
Do you charge by the hour or per project?
Most small jobs are billed hourly. Larger projects are quoted with a fixed price after an estimate.
How do payments work?
After the work is completed, we send a digital invoice that can be paid securely online.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kent, Sammamish, Redmond, and surrounding areas.
Do you bring your own tools and materials?
Yes. I bring all necessary professional tools. Materials can be provided by the client or purchased separately.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Renewave is licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State.
What is the minimum booking time?
Our minimum service booking is 2 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
